
Potatoes and Rice actually retard weight gain and lead to weight loss and good health being dilute in calories . One very large Potato is just 150 or so calories . Food Caloric Dilution is absolutely the solution to weight loss and the reason why starches like rice and potatoes help lose weight . Straches make you slimmer and healtheir contrary to general belief .
Lets stop bashing the poor potato and start mashing them .
Potatoes are demonized because of the company it keeps - OIL.
