The animation property is supported in Internet Explorer 10 and over , Firefox, and Opera.
Safari and Chrome support an alternative, the -webkit-animation property.

Please note: The animation property is not supported in Internet Explorer 9 and earlier versions.

Usage :
The animation css 3 property is a shorthand for 7 animation properties:
animation-name, animation-duration, animation-timing-function, animation-delay, animation-iteration-count ,animation-direction and animation-play-state

Note: Please always specify the animation-duration property, otherwise the duration defaults to 0, and will never be played.
