A diet heavy on fruits or for that matter complex carbohydrates is naturally slimming NOT fattening as some of you may think. Even High Sugar Fruits like Mangoes , chikoos and bananas have a caloric density in the range of 200 - 400 calories / pound thus making them caloric dilute and absolutely safe to eat abundantly and frequently . Ad Libitum - as per pleasure .
